Natural Health Market is a long-standing UK retailer specialising in natural supplements, organic powders, and wellness essentials. Known for integrity and customer loyalty, the brand had built solid sales through Amazon and its Shopify store — but its growth curve was flattening.
By early 2024, the team saw an opportunity in TikTok Shop, the platform redefining how younger audiences discover and buy health products. Yet, launching successfully on TikTok Shop demanded more than uploading product listings — it required storytelling at scroll speed.
