Biobalance is a UK-based supplement brand specialising in natural hormone balance and holistic wellbeing. With formulas grounded in science and trusted by practitioners, the brand had earned a loyal retail following and strong word-of-mouth credibility.

However, by early 2024, growth had slowed.

Despite a proven product and returning customers, the brand’s digital presence lacked structure and scale. Paid campaigns were inconsistent and overly product-led. Creative assets felt disconnected from the brand’s wellness ethos, and social media activity, while regular, wasn’t building a community.

Our Approach

We partnered with Biobalance to create a new digital framework built on three pillars: educate, engage, and convert.

This meant moving from purely transactional messaging to transformational storytelling — connecting scientific credibility with everyday wellness relevance.

1. Paid Social: From Transactional to Transformational

We began by rebuilding Biobalance’s Meta Ads structure from the ground up, implementing a Google Adromeda-style creative testing and scaling process — a systematic, data-led framework inspired by Google’s AI-driven experimentation model.

Using this approach, we could test multiple creative hypotheses in parallel — hooks, visuals, and messaging variants — and let performance data dictate scale.

The insight was clear: audiences weren’t responding to product-first ads. They were connecting with education and empathy.

So we pivoted the strategy around education-first storytelling, shifting from “Buy Now” messaging to a narrative that built understanding and trust.

Our tone became softer, more human — leading with approachable headlines like:
“Support your hormones, naturally — no hype, just science.”

We structured campaigns by funnel stage:

• Awareness: Educational Reels and carousels introducing hormonal balance concepts and lifestyle triggers.
• Consideration: Explainer videos and ingredient spotlights showcasing the brand’s science and sourcing.
• Conversion: Authentic UGC testimonials and time-limited offers designed to nudge purchase intent.

The result: smarter spend and higher resonance. CPA dropped 33%, conversion rates climbed 61%, and cost efficiency improved month-on-month as creative learnings from Adromeda tests were reinvested into scaling top performers.

2. Organic Social: From Brand Voice to Brand Community

While paid media built reach, organic channels built belonging.

We reimagined Biobalance’s social identity on Instagram and TikTok — evolving it from a product feed into a wellness education hub.

New content pillars grounded in authority and empathy positioned Biobalance as both expert and ally:

• “Your Hormone Minute” — bite-sized educational Reels from the founder demystifying hormonal health.
• “Ingredient Stories” — visual explainers about adaptogens, vitamins, and their real-world impact.
• “Customer Diaries” — authentic UGC from women sharing how they integrated Biobalance into daily routines.

The visual direction shifted from sterile to soothing — using warm, natural tones, clean typography, and grounded photography that reflected calm and confidence.

We also introduced interactive elements such as polls, myth-busting Q&As, and live educational sessions — all designed to create dialogue rather than one-way communication.

The payoff was immediate. Organic reach surged 228%, followers grew 132% in six months, and engagement rates more than doubled. Most importantly, Biobalance began cultivating advocates, not just audiences.

3. Integration & Data Feedback Loops

To unify performance across paid and organic, we built feedback loops connecting content engagement data with ad creative testing — effectively closing the gap between storytelling and sales.

Organic posts that outperformed benchmarks were tested as paid variations under Adromeda’s rapid iteration framework, accelerating creative learnings and enabling scale within weeks rather than months.

This system turned Biobalance’s content ecosystem into a live laboratory for growth — blending creative experimentation with machine learning insights from both Meta and Google platforms.
